Welcome To My texture pack/skin pack of mobs called "!More!" basically it includes multiple/different types of textures for every mob though this is a work in progress we are trying our best to make more textures for the mobs though we don't have a lot of time so if you would like to help out and make some for us please message us.
This Pack features:
-The basic minecraft mob textures.
-Natural looking ones made by us.
-Natural looking ones made by others who have given them free for everyone to use.
This is very simple to put into your minecraft, you can learn how-to in the file.
I'm assuming he does have permission as it's not posted anywhere else.
Now enabling Grammar Nazi mode.

It implies that you used someone else's textures without providing credit.
...But that's just my opinion.
