Introducing, NES ADVENTURES! A texture pack that focuses on not 1, not 2, not 5, but every great NES game I can get the textures for!
Here's some pics:


A SMB2 door, with a Tetris roof. (Replaces wooden doors and wood respectively.)

Mr. Frosty from Kirby's Adventure! He's still missing the seat of his pants... (Replaces Pig)

Here is some Tetris blocks, a Bullet Bill Blaster, and an oil tank! (replaces wood, dispensers/furnace, and TNT )





Some SMB ground blocks, Tetris trees, and the Duck Hunt Dog! (Replaces grass blocks, wood, and wolf)

To one winged pie: I made these from NES color palette. The download is up now for the first version of the pack!

To mccain2468: This pack is not based on one game, but many games from one console: the NES. Hope I got that cleared up!

This is only the first version of the pack. I am currently working on the 2nd update for the pack. I will try to add grass and sidegrass textures in the update, among other things.

Nice texture pack start.

Just a quick suggestion. Perhaps you should just make the wools into tetris blocks and use a tree texture from zelda or something. It just looks kind of weird seeing tetris blocks with bushes on them. In other news, the pack looks great. Can't wait for it.
