1.3 isn't being released until August. I recommend you just upload the pack asap.
lol, I didn't know that. I'll upload it right now, then. I wanted to wait so I can see your opinions on the GUI, mobs, and armor stuff so I can include changes to those as well, but I guess that's for later.
Yes, of course! I've been experimenting with textures in my free time, hence my new Bertron 3000 pack and the extensive customizer. Everything else is pretty much done. But don't think I've abandoned this project!
EDIT: I forgot to add that I also need to work on the art, moon phases and most of the mobs are a bit lackluster and need some improvements, some are even still default. lol, and the animations and custom liquids, too. So there's still a lot of work to do.
Hey, I'm back and I've updated the pack to the latest snapshot. It's still not 100% finished, but I've added a good bit of new designs and stuff. Every update I also try to improve my old work in addition to new things. Most of the items now look nicer and glossier, all armors are cleaner and shinier, and several blocks have received a few retouches (mainly the furnace, crafting table, mossy stone and pumpkins for Halloween). Some mobs have also been changed. I've also added a custom water texture and an all-new lava texture. Feedback is much appreciated. Enjoy!
Nice, but I don't like the loading bar animation for breaking blocks... it makes the game feel weird, I would rather a realistic block breaking animation, but 'ah', that's just me
Wow! I'm actually surprised. I was worried this would just be another bucket-filled simple pack. This is really good. Keep up the good work. I can see this texture pack going somewhere.

The customizer includes the default or a Bercraft realistic breaking animation if the loading bar animation really bothers you. I do like the colorful bar animation a lot more than a realistic one, given the cartoony feel of the pack, but I might be biased.
I believe there was a version like that, but I don't know what happened to it.
I've put the altenate version with the different breaking animation inside the customizer. It's still there, just in a different place. I can put it back to the front page if you like.

Done! I've taken this opportunity to add some more customizer options. The following have also been added:
- A more homely redstone lamp
- Glowstone with a light wooden frame
- Shinier gold and diamond blocks
- Alternate stitched wool blocks
- Larger stone bricks without the dark outline
...and that's all!

this is one of the best simple texture packs i have seen. I love it! do you think it will be updated for Minecraft 1.6.2 anytime soon? because i would love to download this
