Perhaps instead of checking the download count on your adf.ly, you could fix the tiling issues, because they're horrid. It's also pretty confusing, as in several cases i can't figure out what a block is supposed to be.
You do seem to have a knack for items though.

Honestly the only reason i do that is to update it because im no longer working on this on i understand there are some tiling errors, and people like you tell me this i get it but you know what this is my first one and you say it with ne suggestions of how to fix it so unless you have some "helpful" critisism instead of complaining then please do tell

I did give you helpful criticism. You need to make everything tile. If you refuse to do that, then you are actively refusing to take critique, in which case you should not be posting your work.
It's "nice" that you admitted that you're just bumping it to get money from adf.ly. I expected nothing less.
And it's not your first attempt, this is an updated version of your older pack, so don't fool me with the 'it's my first' excuse.
Could of made a more creative title, overall, This texture pack looks like ****. bubble-wrap wool, dodgy tiles of dirt, crayon bleeding ores, messy blocks that sledged in together.

Well i know the dirt looks like crap i tried multiple times to fix it and im just goign to try something different on the next texture pack, however. the ores and wools, i actually get complimented on and i understand everyone is right to their oppinion, so i am going to work harder on tiling in the new texture pack
I don't see what all of these people are complaining about. This texture pack looks great in my opinion! Yes, you do need to fix some of the tiling (look at the trees)… but the texture pack still looks great! Keep up the good work.

Thank you really, i mean on the other site i uploaded this texture pack (planet minecraft) i had 90% compliments, its just on here people just hate on it

That's because those 90% on Planet Minecraft are kids with no sense of taste who will say that anything is awesome as long as you post it, we have a lot of these here as well.
But if you post it here, you need to expect criticism.
So instead of bump counting like a lemon, fix those tiling issues already and update the pictures.

Ive already said this before i have no problem taking critisism, but the problem is when people give blind criticism, in the sense that you say what wrong and dont say anything that could help it, i understand i should figure it out myself but reguardless. also ive already said im not going to fix this one if i do it wont be for a long time, because ive already started a new texture pack.

The above is your texture, the one below are my bricks. Notice how they have a smooth transition and you can't tell where one ends and another begins.
Your texture stand out too much like this, and this breaks immersion and looks bad. This is called tiling, and it's the most important aspect of a texture. If it doesn't tile seamlessly, you are not doing it right.
I can't think of any different way to communicate this: I can't give you any other critique if none of your textures tile.

PNG. Minecraft automatically saves as a PNG.
