This is my first texture pack which I started back in December 2011.
The whole reason I really made this texture pack was purely for my own use, didn't really think it was good enough for a proper release until showing a screen shot of the textures in use.
I released V.1.0 of this texture pack back in December, and hadn't updated it since. I'm glad I'm getting back into developing this again, I don't know why I stopped.
21/05/12 - V1.1 - Return, added 1.2.5 textures and edited a few, added armor, chests, some of items.png
-
24/12/11 - V1.0 - Initial release!
1. Once LeoCraft's installed, open Minecraft.
2. Click the Texture Packs button on the main menu.
3. Click LeoCraft
Play Minecraft with LeoCraft!
I can't promise anything, but I will try to update this texture pack every few weeks / months or so.
To get myself to continue this pack I will try to do at least one image file every 2-3 days, and will update the link every month, or when a folder or major update is released.
Thanks to Wartower9 for reminding me someone actually liked this texture pack, and motivating me to update it!
I really loved Leocraft, and was eagerly awaiting the next update- but you seem to have stopped. Any chance of an update on the progress? Or maybe a unfinished copy of the pack?
Thanks, WarTower9
This is a solid simple pack, though not without flaws as one might imagine:
-I dislike the planks, they don't feel right (less contrast 'inside' the individual planks?)
-The ores could use better shading (That dither doesn't do much for me)
-The wooden doors are too plain
-The plant sprites don't really fit the terrain
-Sandstone and pumpkins seem to have too much contrast
-The diamond tools feel to thick because of the brightness

Thanks for the feed back, I'd love to have more people like you comment on this, sure I'll work on those now, I've noticed the contrast in a lot of blocks, just didn't have many complaints against it.

I'm happy about it too, I hate being lazy, I'm trying to stop that habit.
...But that's just my opinion.
