Nice! The only thing that doesn't do for me is the cobble, in the sense that the smooth stone and the cobble's colours are too different. But hey, that's just me.

I guess the cobblestone does have a bit of a color difference with the stone. I might try hue shifting it to have a more consistent gray, but otherwise it seems pretty OK to me as a building material. Thanks for the feedback!

It is a great building material! Just don't change it too much
MY GOD This is waaay better than my (first) pack...How are you so good at this already?
I've been experimenting with computer graphics since I was 7 years old... I suppose that might have had an influence on my abilities. You don't seem to bad at this sort of thing yourself. In fact, your RPG textures look great!
On the subject of textures, here's update v0.1.5!!1
Considering adding a download link in the next week or two... if you guys really want it. ;-D
What do you guys think about the two iron blocks? I was wondering which one I should use. The one on the left is like banded iron, or a barrel, or a pillar. The one on the right is like corrugated iron, is more uniform, and seems to "tile" (well, not tile) more easily.
Both are nice. I prefer #2 on the right, but keep the one on the left for the alternate.
EDIT: On second thought. The left would be my preference. The right looks like tiled overflow. I like the break in the banding of the iron for the left one. Could make a nice pillar as the user below me and you stated.
Really great work so far! And great work on the redstone ore. I love the overlapping feel of the embedded chunks, if that makes any sense.
What can I say... It's... It's... Beautiful! I really like your style.
Just me nitpicking, try not to use shaders too much; it can influence how your eye percieves textures... not that that would matter for such an awesome pack. Just one thing; the TNT label is too 'red'.
Anyone got any more comments? Most of the pack has been released... I'm going to be updating soon with more blocks etc.
Also, got started on adding redpower support today... Can anyone tell me how to find the texture files? I'm using the techniclauncher, if that helps.
I don't know... something about either the title or just the fact that it's in the texture discussion section deters people, I guess. By the way... I've made some progress on RedPower mod support. From left to right, top to bottom: Marble (definitely not happy with that...), Basalt, Marble Brick, Basalt Cobblestone, Basalt Brick Ruby Ore, Emerald Ore, Sapphire Ore, Silver Ore, Tin Ore, Copper Ore, Tungsten Ore, Nikolite Ore
Rubber leaves, Rubber trunk (reminds me of eldpack )
Flax ;_;
Ruby, Emerald, and Sapphire blocks - all inspired by eldpack. They use 9 colors each.
Everything there except flax crops has been done. Most textures there use a 5-10 color palette. I try to limit my colors. If I end up using too many, I copy my texture and save it as a .gif with however many colors I want, then use that instead of the original.
I've decided to include all information in 1 image, to save space. I've also updated redstone ore several times, but that's for another update.
Changelog:
* Added Sandstone
* Added Stone Bricks
* Added Iron Bars
* Added Glass
* Added Wooden Doors
* Changed the Pine and Oak Log textures

Expect more updates soon. I'm coming close to finishing the terrain, at which point I'll move on to the items/gui.
Apart from that, I will be releasing the first download of this texture pack by the end of the month.
This next update is split into the blocks updated, and the screenshot.
Also pictured is farmland.
All 16 different colors of wool.
Beautiful!

While I don't use the RedPower mod I certainly hope your final cobblestone for the regular
terrain looks something along the lines of that.
One word.Three words.This is awesome.
don't expect me to be on much.
