So shortly after I finished working on 'Dominae' I started having people ask me about making a 32x Texture pack, and having people request something of that nature. so, I started work in Opprimere.
Opprimere, or force, in latin got it's name out of the first person to request I do a TP, as he needed something for a map he was building and wanted something with a Military theme, and to keep with the theme I started with Dominae, it was named Opprimere. While the military theme hasn't stuck since I've started it, the name has.
I have spent quite some time working on this, but not without a decent amount of procrastination and general-timewasting. so, to save time and effort, I'll be doing each of the elements in stages (Terrain, Mobs, ect...)

I would, but I'm not in the mood to download it and whatnot. Care to add some more screenshots? Perhaps one using this texture pack test track?

Ah, I didn't notice the PMC link.
Ehh...
Tiling error on sidegrass(bottom), which also looks weird. Sidesnow looks strange and cheaply done. I can hardly see the sand texture. Just looks one colored. Overall, too simplistic for my tastes, and, like I said, some things are cheap-looking. Certainly needs work.

It's pretty good... but doesnt fit my map... but it's pretty impressive.
Yeah.. sorry. Turns out this actually takes months of dedication and effort! whoops. I just don't want to waste all of that time working on something that Isn't completely my own, know what I mean? sorry.. :c
This texture pack looks very good, smooth and very progressed. Only problem is that i can't see what makes this texture special. One thing is to make a nice texture pack and another thing is to make a texture based or inspired from something that nobody has done before. u get my point?
Great pack btw.
I catch you, but honestly I don't think I'm experienced enough to focus any and all creativity I have for something into one Idea, I mean I have enough problems thinking of normal, mundane things. Honestly, this pack is just practice to me, I've already got another Idea I want to do after I finish this one, a 128x128 pack, and I think that once I get not only used to, but good at making textures, even at that quality, then I can start focusing my ideas into more of a theme, but before then I don't want to risk trying something and having the whole theme suck because I didn't know what I was doing.
