I think I'm going to make a new banner with some of the textures from the pack. But I don't know how to make the textures bigger without making them blurry, help?

Google is your best friend. Just type in "resize pictures without blurring in (insert your image editor here)"

Resize using "nearest neighbor" resampling mode (or something that says "preserve hard edges" maybe).
