The reason for why I have those green squares, is because it's in the default texture. I don't know if I will do anything with it or not :/

Personally, I use texture packs to avoid the pixelated 16x16 squares. I just don't care for them. But I'm sure some people out there like the default texture.

Exactly so.

Even though there may be other packs following a similar idea, it doesn't mean this is the same or not worth pursuing. There is always room here on the forums for a different take on things. So long as someone isn't overtly copying someone else's pack and claiming it's a new idea, then it's good to have a choice of style on a theme.

I look forward to seeing how things progress.

Update:

More work will be done today. I've already made the dispenser and furnace (fire might need rework) and I'm currently applying the-already-made chest so it's visible in-game .

Hopefully, I'll release a 40% done version by tonight. Have a good weekend everyone!
