Hi, I'm having problems using this texture pack. What versions of Minecraft are these texture packs for? I tried 1.7.10 and my game crashed then I tries 1.7.2 and the text doesn't show up and my worlds don't launch. It also goes through a 1 to 2 minute phase of saying Minecraft not responding. Please help I'm trying to download the Smooth 512x V.1.9 and I have a GTX 760
You guys have a LOT of textures missing. Thet dissapoints me VERY much, but if you keep working, it would be REALLY better, please improve the texture pack, and make ALL the texture, so this could be more EPIC.
@UniblueMedia. Please show the default some love, almost 6 months without an official update for it and new textures coming out. I came here for the high quality HD default texture pack and was not discouraged by the pack not being complete. however I was disappointed to see you start the smooth texture pack without completing the default. Now for months and months we have 2 incomplete texture packs with less and less effort going into the default. I get that you have a life and we all get busy, but if you would please consider allowing a community texture section on your page when ppl make textures to fill your gaps instead of searching the forums only to see those individuals have lost interest.
You are very talented and I appreciate your effort in creating this content for the community. I have argued for community content on your page before in this thread because you come and go due to the requirements of your life, and provide little info on what your are working on in between updates. If you include the community members who have the ability to create similar textures to yours, they would be motivated and would probly get better at creating them with your encouragement.
I concede that your decision to allow other members of the community like "General_207" and "Flitchit" to put their work on your page to provide a complete pack will not happen. However as a fan and supporter of your work, I feel that giving my opinion and lobbying for such a thing wont hurt since using an incomplete texture pack for over a year is getting old.
Again, I appreciate your efforts to provide the community with an excellent and professional texture pack in your spare time. I also hope you intend to complete the default and haven't given up on the reason most of us became fans of UniblueMedia.
I just wish Uniblue was more consistent with his work on his resource packs.
If this was my job, something I could do all day pretty much, consistency wouldn't be a problem. I would probably be finished within 2-3 months, but that's not a reality I live in right now.

I know you are doing the best you can. I just get frustrated that the best resource pack ever isn't completed as quickly as I would want it to. Keep doing what you do well.

For me, the birch trees are not changed. Is this supposed to happen? Also, there is a green glitchy-ness around wheat and the general environment. Please help.
EDIT: Okay, I didn't read, I'm sorry. You haven't done the birch logs yet. But I found that the green glitched box surrounds plants. Like wheat, the grass stuff, etc.
None of your download links work for me. I get an adfly link (and sometimes another adfly link) and then a mediafire link, and then clicking to download the mediafire link gets me a "too many redirects" warning from Safari. Applies to all 3 of the sizes I tried. Not sure what's up, but I'm going to download it from somewhere else if you don't fix it; I don't have a whole lot of sympathy for you when you're double-adfly linking stuff. I get that you want to make money off of this, but that's a bit overboard and borderline scummy. I've been using this texture pack since you originally posted it when it was wayyyyy more basic, but between the downloads not working and the overwhelming money-making attempts it's just frustrating.
Ahhhhh, kid. 1. Don't use Safari. Safari is crap. Download Google Chrome. 2. He's not double adf.lying it. I can confirm this. The not being able to download it, is your problem. I've never had an issue downloading this pack. It goes to an adf.ly link and then straight to mediafire. When I try to download it, it works. So blame your computer, not Thomas.
P.S. awesome pack by the way
Who cares without a crash report? You've most likely ran out of memory. Google how to allocate more RAM to Java
Not a big deal, but you should put the Smooth Realism change log in a spoiler.
Also, it would be great to see a Todo list, so we know which textures you are going to add, and know that you are (at least planning) to work on this.
