1. Locate .minecraft/texturepack Do this by running minecraft,going to texturepack folder and clicking open file
2. Download MCPatcher or OPtifine
3. Patch or Install OPtifine
4. Drag the Zip inside the downloaded zip into texturepacks folder
5. (EXTRA) To change skins, go to alternative skins, copy one out and change the file name to char.png and drag it into the texturepack mobs folder
6. (EXTRA) To use the skins on CustomNPCs, drag the Alternative Skins folder into customnpc's mob folder's both humanmale and humanfemale
