Hello! Welcome to the Slicky smooth thread. Here I will post weekly reports about the progress of these textures. A download is available, but remember, this is not complete.
So anyways... you may be wondering, "What is 'Slicky Smooth 16x'? Well, it is pretty much a smooth, enlarged version of the default. Yes, yes, I know. Another remix. But this is much diffrent, I assure you. Currently I am having some fatal tiling errors, I put the download up in hopes that someone can help me fix this...
Anyways, here are some photos;

I know, the tiling is pretty bad, but believe me it's really hard to make it not tile without making it look goofy.
You must have 7zip or WinRAR in order to install the terrain.png. In the start menu select run>type in %appdata%>select .minecraft>go to bin, open minecraft.jar>Locate the original terrain.png, relocate the file out of the jar, or delete it> Place in the new terrain.png you just downloaded.
These textures are free to edit, if you feel like fixing the tiling problems for me, go ahead. I will include credit!!!

You're supposed to zip it, and users put it in their texturepacks folder. there is no need to overwrite the files in the .JAR anymore......
You fail again. That's like me scratching your car with a key when you ask me to paint it, then me telling you "So what? It's a change."
Sure, if it looks horrible, that's fine, but if you take someone else's art and make it worse, that isn't. If you want something to be bad, and be acceptable as a change, you have to work for it, LOL.
