I Like it personally, but i find it kinda hard to understand WHAT it is, LOVE the idea, but all im asking is for some kind of label of some sort. (my opinion)
That was one of the first textures i did, and is pretty bad by my current standards... I plan to redo all of the ores, since ill be redoing the stone and don't have the .xcf data for the ores anymore. Diamonds are vacuum tubes in my pack, which i decided around the time i did the tools... The diamond ore/blocks needs a complete redo to reflect this fact. Ores will be vacuum tubes randomly embedded in the rock, i might add random ctm support and add a few in vintage style packaging, and the diamond blocks will be giant vacuum tubes.
Make the mobs steampunk robots, like the creeper has gears moving inside the creeper and a tnt about to blow, the zombie and pigmen have their heads with their brains (as a core with moving gears) showing, the enderman has 1 eye moving like the ender pearl, and when the enderman is angry, it's teeth move from left to right, the skeleton should have it's mouth moving open and close like a grinder, the spider has wires connected from it's head to the body and to its legs, and electrical sparks go through the wires, and that's all i can think of
Creeper's done. 13th said that the Enderman is going to be a Slenderman-like creature with different fake eyes (Eye of Ender) on their otherwise blank faces.
So... gorgeous! Adding items really makes it feel complete!
I was sort of mystified by your choice for snowballs... until I tried throwing one! Very satisfying.
I like the scone too. Or is it a biscotti?
Can't wait for mobs. How soon are they coming?

That would be a biscotti... with a strink on it.
As for mobs, well... i guess you could consider the strink a mob. A new bug mob! Full of protien.
Or ah... well, mobs will probably be the last thing i do, so once i finish the GUI ill do the armor, then the mobs. Or perhaps the mobs first. Actually, ill do a poll about it because i'm indecisive.
You did an awesome work, but I think that this texture pack looses the spirit of Minecraft. I don't know, don't feel that I'm playing it. For an adventure map, is ok, but I couldn't play a survival map with this. Still is an excelent work and really nice art.

The point is to make something completely new out of it, not just slightly change it like most packs do. It's more like a total conversion than just a texture pack.

While I agree with you, I don't think that it's necessarily a bad thing. If you have the imagination to make it work, it's like you're playing an entirely new game.
You can't really just use this texture pack on your regular survival world to give it a fresh look, you sorta have to make a new world with the theme in mind. I find it works best that way.
I hardly ever use texture packs, because they're all just the same to me. Yea, sure, the Diamonds look shinier, and the ores may look a bit more realistic, but it's all just the same in the end and I have to re-learn what everything looks like.
This one, though, just takes everything the other packs have done and throw them out the window. Every item is redone into something else entirely, and the amount of creativity put into those items is just astounding. It has it's own theme, feel and atmosphere that not many other packs can create, and it can make you feel like you actually are playing a different game if you're not careful.

I really don't advise being too careful, in that case XD
I really hope he is careful with the mobs, right now, the brilliance with the creeper skin will be hard to match
I have some pretty good ideas, and i wanted to write this one down, so this is as good a place as any: I was thinking pigs might be tapirs... green ones. maybe plaid.
As much as i'd like to, im not sure where i could fit those in. Surely not as item tabs, since the game adds the items automatically.

Nope, just 64x. Most packs that offer multiple resolutions either started out at the highest resoluition offered, or are vector packs.
because right now, those tabs look a bit odd.
Nah, the most defining charactaristic, the letters on the keys, would need to be omitted.
E: upon reflection, It's your texture pack :|
Yeah, i couldnt see it working no matter what i do, since the item will always be on them.
But now i really want to add them somewhere...
Turn the writing book GUI into a typewriter?
Sorry, that's the best I can come up with. :\
I think it would be best to have them look repurposed, maybe have the typewriter key/hammer assembly be repurposed into a lever?
didn't you want to re-texture the lever anyway, how about using the typewriter hammers?
As good of an idea as that is, I don't know how well that would look in-game.
Also, that would be a massive typewriter.
Or perhaps Steve is simply a lilliputian.
