It goes Coal, Iron, Gold. The iron has a distinct orange/bronze color to it, where as the gold is just a dull gold color. I'll keep working on the ores to get them the best i can.

you can brighten it up in the furnace when you smelt it

I quite like the color of the gold ore.

gold is naturally pretty dirty until you smelt the impurities out of it. thats why i made it dull. I might put a tad more yellow in it and less brown, which will slightly lighten it, but not very much. i want it to look impure

Yeah...You should also give swords more of the shiny sharp look, not tie a bow around it like it came from fairyland o.o

You could try lightening up the jack 'o lanterns so they look nicer.

Why would i be mad? Also, im not a She.

I've been really busy with work and in the process of moving, so i havnt had much time to do anything on the texture pack.

Gigfrans: i agree with the gravel and glass. i need to rework both. The cactus shading was recreated from a picture of an actual cactus and ive gotten tons of compliments on it. i dont see anything wrong there.



Notice how the spine of the ridges (where the thorns are) is brightest in the middle? now notice where the thorns are on my cacti? Thats why. Its perfectly normal, and correct use of shading.

side grass is indeed in the correct place. if you arent getting correct biome shading, then use fancy graphics. i use fast graphics because my laptop sucks.

Good call on the greyscale cobble. i added color to smooth stone and i dont know why i didnt do it to cobble. ill have to fix that. Not sure how much darker i can make them without stretching into the cartoon genre. i dont want them to look out of place with everything else. i think they fit fine with the art style im going for.

also, ive changed the beds. i couldbt stand that rainbow color i had on beds. i havnt released them in an update yet though. look for that soon, as well as a bunch of other changes

So i took your advice and updated a ton of blocks. Darkened all the stone brick/cobble type stuff a ton, and skinned the creeper. Also changed the "rainbow bed" lol ill put out an update tomorrow

Just a little "criticism" I would like it a lot more if all the items were redone in this kind of style. Just a little side note but all in all i love this texture pack either way!

Edit: Also I just downloaded the update and noticed right away the title was changed back to original. *sad Face*
The new bookshelves look a lot cooler. Actual books. lol
After staring at the Cobblestone, Mossy Cobblestone, Stone Bricks and Bricks enough it seems like you darkened them a little. or i might be crazy. lol
Did you lighten up Obsidian a bit? Or it could be going crazy again. -.-

Yes i finally put real bookshelf in there. i was planning on it and finally got it done. The cobble stone and stone bricks are indeed darker (as well as everything else made of stone, such as furnace, dispenser, etc)

I completely revamped the red brick and made the bricks smaller, and also put an orange and darker red brick in there to break it up a bit.

I actually Darkened obsidian, not lightened.

I've been using these textures for quite some time now, and I have to say: These textures are sleek and stylish. The tiling is perfect, and it all just blends in on the color scale. I really enjoy your work, please keep it up. 10/10!

Looks like a cool series you got goin there! Thanks for using my pack. One thing you said though about the spiders was wrong. They arent exactly the same except for size. the cave spider is blue, and the regular spider is brown. Its just hard to tell in the dark
