this is not getting shone any more because of a people saying it was a texture pack and not a mod and someone moved this to texture packs even though it had the word 'mod' in it

You could ask the community for help with coding [IN THE RIGHT SECTION OR ADMINS WILL EAT YOUR FACE] and maybe ask if some people can make good title pictures, textures, etc. No one is going to be willing to do that if you don't release better stuff, so keep learning java.
