I know what you mean! Alright if I help a little? I kinda get a little picky sometimes if it's just right, but one thing doesn't go well. Although your pack is going in the right direction to success!
The ores look fine. The stone is actually kinda cool looking. I'd like to see how you go about the grass and dirt in the future.

Maybe a small border around the gold block? It's pretty nice right now but a little border around the edge would make the cross pop out a bit. Just a suggestion, use it how you like.

Better, but I was talking about the outside of the block. The edge to be more specific. I just thought that an outline around the edge would make it pop more. That is actually pretty good though!
