This is pretty ugly. Most things changed are random MS Paint scribbles like the diamond block or wood.However i like that you tried to do something with the torch, and some of the items. The ore blocks also seem to show that you've got potential, but you'll have to practice.

You'd honestly have to redo the whole thing. It's an incoherent mess. You need to have one style for everything in mind, and add some detail to blocks.
