This is a pack I made myself, while using some inspiration from a few different packs, and I am proud to say that IT IS COMPLETE! Full of Nazi Commie Zombies, professional Creepers, and pretty clouds!
It is compatible with 1.2.4, and I will do my best to keep it up to date. Seeing as this is my first ever custom pack, I encourage you all to leave any hints, tips, or things you think I should add in the comments below!
Are you the same RyanTheAlmighty on Youtube? If so, then this looks like an AWESOME modpack, and has everything Tekkit doesn't have. Unfortunately I can't find out a tutorial on how to install it, (unless you have one I haven't checked), also the download link doesn't give me any modpack just nothing but normal Vanilla Minecraft.

this... is a texture pack... the fail in what you said astounds me. the worst part is that this is even in the texture pack section. not sure what is confusing you about this.
