I use a hell of a lot of mods, although it's not as big of a job as Aether support. The main ones I would want to see and make me sh*t bricks, would be IndustrialCraft 2, Redpower, Forestry and Buildcraft.
Especially IC2. I'm sick of seeing the same old default textures, and I can't use other packs because it looks super weird because of the new ores. RedPower has a strange new art style that doesn't look like minecraft, so it generally works all around, and i'm not too fussed. Buildcraft uses whatever the texture pack provides for water, and nothing else generates naturally. The rest is built using existing items.
Forestry adds a few new blocks, but the only one that concerns me is Apatite Ore, which generates naturally. the rest isn't really a hassle.
Focus on finishing the pack first, no dramas.
EDIT: didn't realize it was no longer WIP. Congrats!

Actually, Aether support is already planned. I have never heard of any of those other mods, I guess I'll just google them :P.
I would use it regularly (CHAINSAWS instead of iron swords.. c'mon..is that NOT the coolest ****ing thing ever?), but I have 2 minor complaints.
1. Blustone.
2. The ores seem to clash with stone.
In order to say thanks for this pack, I made a ctm.png (connected textures map) for people who use OptiFine.
Use it freely, just mention me in the op please.
Comparison
The idea being used in a house.
The ctm itself, just put it in the root of the pack.

Idk what this is since I dont use optifine, but I'll give you credit in the op anyways.

Thanks for reminding me to fix the ores.
Also, I'm working on new redstone textures:

I am now starting a video Montage with this texture pack. By the time you read it I will probably be editting it. Do I have your
Permission to release for use in your post?
Basically a video of your texturepack. I am currently editting right now. When done i will either keep it to myself or let you place it on the opening post, if i get permission to upload it. To place it on the front page all you have to do is paste the youtube link.

My wip 32x texture pack.
Thanks Cows. Can't believe you are providing Aether support, nice work.
I can only do that with mcpatcher's custom colors feature.
I'll put up a poll.
My wip 32x texture pack.
What should I add next?
It looks like both options in the poll have he same votes. Solution: make one version with blue and another with red.
