Top hat awards is a new contest run by me jdeisnerthe1. The goal is to find texture talent and promote it.
Each contest will be a different theme each time and entries will have to be submited by a certain date.
Everyone is allowed to submit, just message me a link to your pack. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges
who will remain anamous for fairness.

Second, a due date was not posted for that first theme. You just said "APOCALYPTIC" in all caps and forgot to add the apostrophe in "time's."
