Mario bros Miners is a project to bring the nostalgic textures of Mario bros in to Minecraft - and into 3D!
It is currently a work in progress, but I couldn't help but show you guys what i've done so far, and see your ideas on what I should add!
Mario bros Miners will change most of the concepts of Minecraft -
Gold blocks are Question mark blocks, and they are smelted into stars! That explains the speed of the tools, but the low amount of durability - In mario bros stars give you and increase in speed (and invincibility!) but only for a short time. That means that with this pack, Gold is now a power-up.
Further-more, Stars can be made into Coins (gold nuggets) [DONE]
Endermen are Weegees, the nightmares of Marios realm, what the people in the mushroom kingdom fear. Your job as Mario/Wario/Luigi is to go into the wild and find their portal, and destroy Bowser who is sending Weegees to haunt the Mushroom kingdom (Bowser is the Ender Dragon). [NOT DONE]
The Mushroom Kingdom has spread into the wilds - found very rarely in small islands. They are inhabited by primitive Cow-shrooms, relatives of the mushroom people. [KIND OF DONE i dont really need to change anything, but I will change textures]

What makes this pack special? If your a mario fan, it can bring you back memories. The dirt is green, giving a totally different feeling. Stones are bricks, and it seems like you are going through a dungeon trying to find the portal, watching out for Bobombs! Wait, with this pack, you are!

This texture pack so far is awesome, One thing that i caught while testing it out,
On the Diamond Pickaxe, theres a random black circle,
But seriously, everything else is awesome, and i'm super excited to see how this Texture Pack turns out
