Download MCPatcher (http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/232701-11-123update-35-mcpatcher-hd-fix-234-01/) and follow the instructions on the forum. You will have to do this for any texture pack above 16x16.

You need McPatcher or Optifine.

Search it around.
