I think paint.Net or GIMP are both fine, you don't really need photoshop to make a good texture pack, but DarkReaper if you are using paint.Net then please use brushes. And maybe look at some tutorials about texture packs / texturing in general / shading...

Well this is pretty good. Finally getting updated often. And a new person controlling it as well. I honestly did not like Blaziken586(No offense), he insulted my texture packs. Now I guess we can look forward to the new topic
