Oh thank god you don't approve ugly packs, I was a bit afraid this would become spammed of requests.
I used Paint.Net so i dont see a difference between photoshop and this, they both have transperancy.

There is no shading or detail in it though, it is paint quality. Do a bit of googling and you'll see how to get cs5 for you know what.
