Basically, make a public dropbox link or a mediafire or any other hosting link and copy and paste the link into your post. If you want it as part of a word, like "Click Here" then highlight "Click Here" and then click Link, it should be a chain with a plus.
erm not to be a freking moron or anything but i havent used dropbox or anything else yet.
