Oh look the zombies brought some friends! I think I am on a texturing spree.. if thats even a real thing... but yeah, I have 3 types of skeletons, the armored, non armored, and kinda armored ones, I will be updating the pack either tomorrow, or later today. I just want to do some small touch ups like take the giant hole out of the skeletons head, that was an accident I swear!

Now those look nice! Extra holes don't seem to bother skeletons any that I've seen... maybe keep both the damaged one and the fixed one? Variety is always nice, and it only costs extra on the download. I doubt anyone will notice the extra bytes.

as for the main page thing, I've been working on a newer version of it. I'm trying to work on the flow a bit, so it should be changed shortly!
oh quick question though, are you using any shaders in that picture?
I've been getting a few messages asking me how I am updating this texture pack, so I am going to make a small video showing what I do I am going to be updating the moon phases in the video, so look out for it sooner or later!

Let's see... screenshots... someone built this on our server. I think it shows that the pack works well for small structures as well as large palaces.
I probably should have asked before posting it... too late now. I hope he's got a good sense of humor.
On a more serious note, a few views from Old Terde:
A view of the town center on the central island cluster. Right is Crystalcloud Tower. The portal building is visible near the back, with the main community storehouse in the left foreground. The hovering structure is the obsidian citadel, which was the center for the skyroad network.
A view down what passed for main street. The bakery and workshop are on the right.
The home of our co-founder, and one of the nicer buildings on the server, in my opinion. It has a lot of character, and a very good interior design. In the distance on the left, you can see the fort on Creeper Crater Hill. The builder had an interesting time getting it built, as you can guess.
More to follow at a later time... someone else should probably post a few.
Finally, a couple of requests:
The food bar could use some of the same lines that were put on the health bar - it helps determine when the optimum time to eat that apple is.
Also, the wolves/dogs don't look like they've been touched at all, so they kind of stand out against the rest of the texture pack. A little attention to them will help bring this together properly.

I thought you had, too. That's why I spent fifteen minutes or so trying to figure out what installation error could have wiped out lines on the food bar and not the health bar.
So I need the community input on this one, I am working on the particles right now, and the candle flame falls under that, so I was wondering if I should keep it the same red flame as normal, or change it to a blue flame. Please vote up top as soon as possible, I want to finish the particles before I do anything else. Thanks!
I assume by candles, you mean the torches? If so, my thoughts are to keep them natural (I voted red as that's closest). I think the pack has always been closest to natural tones... it's impact has been in it's name. That said, I'm not stuck on the idea.
Spin-off packs with various light colors? It might be too much work, as I've only seen a very few texture packs offer such an option, but they have been out there.
yeah when I said red I meant natural. I have been thinking about doing a customize option for the pack, so that people could choose to have lines in their health, or not, and stuff like that. I am focusing on finishing the pack, as well as getting the pack known, before I start doing stuff like that though.
haha well I actually forget a lot of the stuff I was planning(I should probably write it down) and whenever somebody mentions it, it reminds me to jump on it! oh and I updated dogs, they are still a bit blocky, I need to put some more work into them, but I think it's a good change for now. It's weird saying this, but I am almost done with the texture pack! When I finish I plan to take a small break, then go back to work and make everything look very nice. I will try to post a picture of the dogs in a minute and possibly update the downloads later today!
i think you should have a vote on whether you should change the torches or not, because to be honest i dont really like the design to them. Also im glad you liked my other idea with the health and what not and im still glad that your doing everything you can with the texture pack, and i love the zombies, and skeletons, AND THE CREEPER LOOKS GREAT! im also sorry to hear about you accident and hope that your feeling better!

You might consider sending a PM to Kahr. With his work on the HD Patcher, he probably knows where to find just about anything graphics related.
