OK, so I'm working on my first very simple texture pack. I made the glass semi-transparent in certain areas. I know that skin's can't handle semi-transparency, so I was wondering if textures can handle semi-transparency.

Unfortionately not. But please we don't need any more simple packs. My pack was practically buried by them.
