I texture pack like this is great practice, but it's just that, it's not original (as you have said yourself) and truth-be told, doesn't look much different.

I completely agree with your statement, but I do have practice in texture packs. Just never "released" them.

No, this is not a rip off of faithful 32x32.
It's similar to Vanilla HD, I just added more noise to the textures and increased the resolution of course.
Don't bother with arguing about it being a rip-off to any other texture pack, I didn't steal any texture packs.
