Okay so I'm about half finished with the industrialcraft item sprites but I need some ideas for what a couple of them can be.
here's what i have so far
Particularly im stuck on the electric and bronze tools.
you could turn the industrial credits into a pile of change and the quantum and nano armor could use elements from the chain and diamond armors.
I made two lores one being like it's from a file or something where OI made the wither boss and another one where it was made after the event.
(Name pending)
Status: discontinued
The (name pending) was created for military use the prototype was to be powered with a new slightly corrosive chemical designed to cause small wounds on living things and destroy the circuits of robots.
The canisters that were used to hold the new chemical which was called “wither”, the wither leaked on to some of the (name pending)’s circuits making it not being able to see the difference between enemies and anything else that moves.
In 5BE the (name pending) was transferred to “the belly” for testing over a hundred scientists and investors watched as it was turned on but instead of only attacking the training dummies the (name pending) shot at and murdered almost everyone in the room watching.
In 4BE the project was officially shut down and all records of its existence were to be destroyed.
Around 3BE there was a rumor flying in the OI research facilities that some of the drones on the moon had the data and were compatible to be used to make new (name pending)s.
Moon golem
“Sit down traveler and listen to the tail of the moon golem” said the old man as he handed a young man a can of mushroom soup.
He began to tell his tale: a long time ago there was a man he was born in a H.I.V.E, the man longed for adventure and wanted to see the world so one day he put on a radiation suit and went out, armed with a cattle prod.
After days of walking the man found another H.I.V.E the only difference to the one that he grew up in was that this H.I.V.E was abandoned he went longer in until he found the strangest thing, someone had put waste containers in a way it would look like a gate, the traveler wanted to see it more so he turned on his torch to light up the area.
For some reason one of the containers caught on fire and created a portal, I don’t know why and probably won’t ever find out but the man walked into it and somehow ended in the moon.
He found some construction drones and managed to destroying some of them taking their heads since spare parts are rare in the wastes later he found himself working to create something a giant golem that could protect him much like guardians protect the masked ones only it would be better than the masked ones, but little did he know that his little project would not end well.
The golem came to live during that same moment a huggatron entered the shack the man lived in and his new golem destroyed the huggatron and then went to destroy his maker the man quickly grabbed his fire arm and shot at the monster finally destroying it.;
The traveler finished his soup and thanked the old man and when parting gave him some huggatron heads and a water canteen.
I prefer the OI bot one. The Moon golem is a little too unbelievable for my taste. I like the story-telling stilistic device though.
Thanks I have to agree that I prefered the lore in the first one the second was supposed to be this old tale from the wastes and you know how stories go with age.
Without knowing much about the mod, I'd say that the idea behind the electric tools can remain unchanged since we just can't reimagine everything. The bronze tools could be ancient tools stolen from the ruins of a museum or just recolored versions of the iron tools, maybe a little more dirty and crude.
I already made the bronze armor and it was basically kinda gladiator armor but it was all bronze you know and i had a tin mesh face plate for it if that needs to be changed for the items

i already did the quantum armor froman just never said if it was good or not he said he was going to make adjustments but ya quantum is done and it is or started of as metroid armor but i looked at the origanl quantum and it was suppose to be that color so i just kinda mixed them and well metroid wasnt there anymore.....

Volcanoes: Some locations of the planet got hit extremely hard by radiation, turning the very crust into a veritable molten lake of radioactive magma, over time, most of the rock cooled, but in most of these sites, there remains a core of still molten material. These structures tend to resemble and act like volcanoes due to the high temperatures maintained by the radiation, so extreme caution must be used when dealing with them.
Geothermal Generator, AKA Radiation Exractor: This device, when supplied with radioactive waste, uses the radiation like a mini-reactor to generate electricity. also, as an added bonus, this device completely destroys all the material fed into it for maximum energy production (keep away from small children and pets). while of course you can put buckets or cells of the stuff into the generator, by far the most efficient way is to pipe the lava radioactive material directly in useing waterproof piping.

We were just going to have multiple servers for the texture pack but he wants ours to be the one and only and I have been trying to talk him out of it. No need to make a big deal of this so I tried to respond as quick as possible. Hope he didn't cause to much agony love the progress with everything!

I'm a little confused, is this currently updated to Tekkit? as I've seen some screenshots and it looks half done for Tekkit, but if it's near complete could someone link me a download for the Tekkit pack?

as far as I know all mod support is in the pack when you download it but I'm not sure about the latest version including anything from tekkit.
I hadn't even heard of the "atom punk" theme until I came across this texture pack. Last Days looks great; it has it's own special charm to it. Nice work!
