okay right now the sounds that I have finished and the ones that need patching are:
Iron Golem: complete (made to sound a bit more robot like)
Player Damage: complete (human groans and body impacts)
Music Discs: complete (old retro music most of it you might've heard about in Fallout 3 and New Vegas)
Eating: WIP (maybe a nom nom nom sound or something)
Door Bashing: WIP (probably make it sound like metal being hit with a hammer
Silverfish: WIP (don't know if silverfish are living or robotic)
Ocelots/Cats: WIP (I don't think cats need any new sounds since they sound fine just the way they are)
P.S. @Derek could you put this up onto the Main page under the soundpack section as a reference please!
What might be nice is if we use ctm to a much larger extent than it its already is implemented.
A good example would be some of SMP's texture packs like SMP's Revival and SMP's 2263

Good idea! Maybe for stone some tiles are a bit darker or chipped than the rest?

I'm only semi-gone, I have access to the internet on weekends. We need screenshots and some descriptions for the mob&critter section as well as ideas for the jungle temple. Otherwise I think we're mostly done, except for some polishing here and there.
The jungle temple could just be an OI miniature Testing Facility. Made to see if people could get to some Treasure (?)
That might be able to go with the jungle idea (It is still power facility, right?)

Bandit scrap-hideout sounds better to me. Test chambers within power plants just don't make much sense.
There are multiple language packs in this thread (I lost count) and I'm not sure if any of them has all the right names. Cross check your pack with the terrain and item sections in the lore thread and send your pack to Derek for approval. It'd be nice to have to finally have an official language pack.
And if you beg for Karma you won't get any. It's all about altruism, even if it goes unnoticed.
Then I'm out of this. I don't know $hit about coding.

Bye Comply also i have thought for the longest time we needed a different iron armor set and i couldn't resist making it after the kevlar vest but its still a wip so far i got a rough idea for a Hive security armor style and i just thought i would tell you before releasing later today

I have an idea for the Zombie Testificates: Maybe torn gas mask? Exposing them to radiation. Let me know what you think!
It definitely makes sense. Zombie villagers have a chance to spawn when they're attacked by zombies, so basically their gas mask gets torn up by the zombie, they get exposed to radiation and turn into zombies themselves.
this is a modified teleport beacon. its made by overriding most of the safety protocols on the normal model and adding a receiver top. The difference between this and the unmodified model is that it has a shorter range and it can copy the molecular structure of nearby beaconed machines and combine them is some sort of bastardized combination of machines that would work similarly to them occupying the same space. this can wreak havoc on biological matter being transported but it may end up with a neat plant machine hybrid.
well if you guys haven't made the textures for the quantum armor, might i suggest some form of metroid-esque power armor?
I'm doing the armors and i haven't really settled on a design for quantum i might go Metroid just no arm cannons and the colors will most likely be different

Nope but it does require a tiny bit of coding knowledge to do the .properties files.

Look here, under CTM. About 2/3rds of the way down, it talks about how to use it for random textures.

I have never used a language pack before mind explaining how to install it.
You have to take the file, and place it into the "Lang" Folder of your minecraft.jar
I learned that after i tried playing with languages.
