Pardon me, not to be a bother, but how would I install the Balkonsweaponmod? I couldnt figure it out, and I really didnt want to mess my mods up... please help!
I was thinking and maybe if i have the time, i could make a mod for this texturepack. So, i would add things from the lore, into minecraft. Like maybe change the names of the items, add effects for the armour, add different crafting recipes (like to get the chainmail armour) and such. And maybe i could add mod support for the mod. So like balkon's weapon mod. Rename the weapons from that (with permission)
So could i? I won't do it right now because i'm kinda busy and i'm trying to get some things working. But if you would like this happening, i could possibly do it.

Still working on engines, bit of quarry done too. Also, this texture in the pack called stripes, thats simple enough, i'll just copy and paste the last days stripes till it matches up fuly. As for the random red, green, blue and yellow flat textures (which I assume are for the lasers from the lasers and mini robot) I have no idea what to do for them, I'll probably just make them into lines with alot of noise! :3
actually the lasers are in a different file those are most likely for the colored wires that go on pipes.
also i finished the pipes and the logic gates.
I didn't feel like cropping the textures out but i guess that makes it easier as you don't need to find where they go.

Ok, sure. I might get onto it today. The first thing i'll do is rename the items. Then maybe make some crafting recipes to get scrap metal (cobblestone) because everything is basically metal so it would make sense to make random scrap with them. Then maybe make it so when you have cacti is your inventory you get hurt randomly because of the radiation from the barrels.
I would start to make random little shacks but i don't actually know how to generate things yet.
Well if you eventually figure out how to change world generation my suggestion is that is uses .schematic files to make the structures so people can add their own structures to it easily and possibly a config file to set the biomes that certain buildings spawn in.

That would be great. Although I found out that it isn't simple at all. You have to make huge lines of code for separate block in the structure. And also i haven't seen any mods or anything that use schematic files. And iv'e kind of just started coding. So if i do end up being able to do that, well i don't even know if that would be possible for me. But that would be great.
Although, if anyone has suggestions that would be nice if you could tell me. Even just little things could make a big difference.
EDIT: Also does anyone else have this "Alter Warning Level" underneath their warn status. My warning level is 0% but i'm not sure what the alter warning level thing is.

(Hard drastic change) Gold armour to stop hunger/radiation depletion. Makes sense considering the nature of the suit.
(Hard drastic change) Gold armour to be requied in the nether
(simple change) Allow mobs to not be killed by sunlight. Although only spawn in the dark.
(simple change) Spiders to always be hostile.
(hard change) Dehydration could be implemented. Drinking water bottles as a solution.
I think these will drasticly increase the difficulty of minecraft, and give Last Days a more hostile theme. This is just my two cents and ofcourse is only suggestions. I will leave it too others to decide if they would be good ideas.

Those are pretty good. Although as for the dehydration, you could just download the thirst mod.
I will hopefully put them into the mod soon enough. I think that the first one is actually quite easy. It would just be an armour effect to stop hunger from going down.

Ok! I have been working on changing the weapon's crafting recipes, it's quite interesting, a lot of bugs and stuff but still good. You can't make the swords the old way now, you have to make it the way i made them I will post the recipe's iv'e come up with tomorrow, but for now, i'll be working on changing the crafting recipes.

Nice Froman, Also a proper part of the mod this time! All it does this time round is change the swords and bow crafting recipes to what i thought fits. Also updated the language file a bit. These are the crafting recipes: = stick = iron = diamond = cobblestone = planks = gold ingot = string
= stone sword (Pipe)
= wooden sword (scrap plank)
= Iron sword (Knock-o-matic sledge hammer)

I was a bit worried that the changes would effect the game too much, but it works really well. Also would you be able to create a recipe to craft web/barbed wire using string. Also how are you with creating brand new things? Tools weapons and mobs ect.

Well, i was first going to change the crafting recipes of the tools so they make sense. Also i am planning on making random crafting recipes such as barbed wire and other things. Then i would move onto the new tools and mobs, also if i did make new tools. What would they be? I Could make a set of new tools if you want me to. But what material could they be?

Well, i was thinking of them but, 1, there is an obsidian mod, 2 Why would you make tools with a block that is used to go to the moon. And 3, Why would you make tools out of old pipes? I was thinking maybe if i'm able to, make a tool/armour set that requires Batteries (Coal) and Bio Fuel (Charcoal) to run. It's durability would go down every 5 seconds and it would have the durability of Metal armour (iron armour) but be as good as Uranium (diamond). And you would just go to a crafting table, put a battery or bio fuel in there and the armour piece/tool and it's durability would go up by a bit.
That is if i'm able to code that. More ideas are welcome. Tonight i won't get much done because i'll be doing some textures for a mod called the baked goods mod (There are A LOT of textures i have to do). I might get to changing the pickaxes crafting recipe and make barbed wire (web) craft-able.

Those are pretty good. Although as for the dehydration, you could just download the thirst mod.
