Again, I'm currently using the paint thta comes with the computer to texture, does anyone know an good texturing program that is made for this?
btw: this is how the metal plate(leather) and the broken metal plate(rabbit hide) is lookin so far:
Try Gnu Image Manipulation Program 2, or GIMP 2. Plenty of tools and options.
About your leather textures, they are lore breaking. If they were implemented, we would need new textures for the leather armor, stonebacks, horses, and new lore, and all of that is unnecessary. Instead, how about scraps of hide similar to stoneback hide? There are, by default, multiple textures for rabbits, allowing for mutants and cyborganic creatures.

Yup ,thanks. We'll see what we can come up with for the rabbits (thinking of Comply_cat_Ed's cats, anyone?).
I have been digging through the LD archive and I found the Diorite texture.
Also, I've been thinking of changing the font to Terminal. What do you guys thinks about it?
Hey guys, I came up with an idea for dark oak planks: plywood.
With MCPatcher, if anyone knows how to get the wires and monitor painting, please let us all know.

Yeah, I've been working on an acacia door. Picture below.
For MCPatcher, I'm thinking about alternate textures for blocks, specifically the new stone types. There are also animated textures for the LDMonitor painting and wire painting, but now they don't work, and they should.

No, those .property files have been with the pack ever since I downloaded it. I don't know how to edit them, or the pictures, to get them to become animated.
I figured out that there needs to be a separate texture for the empty bottle. It's actually called 'potion_bottle_empty', and all you need to do is copy potion_bottle_drinkable, rename the copy, and put it in your last days.

the long strip texture works, you probably have the mcmeta file missing, mcmeta help:
to get the animation to work you have to have a mcmeta file named For example: wool.png to edit wool, then put in it:
{
"animation": {
"frametime": 1
}
}
you can have the frame time set to whatever you want, higher for faster animation, lower for slower animation. hope I helped, also thanks for the glass bottle help.
