Fantastic! my only suggestion is to make the mace orb for the diamond mace an energy orb, as an energy infused metal orb doesn't make much sense. but otherwise, those look amazing!
Thanks!
I'll work on an alternate for that later tonight, and post it when I make the thread.
I made it an energy-infused metal orb so as to stay in line with the rest of the Diamond equipment, but I can see how it wouldn't make much sense in the mace's case.
Thanks!

I had actually planned to start work on retextures for both Buildcraft and IndustrialCraft 2 soon.
So yeah, sure
Well thanks for being such a great help with the mod support and sound pack. For industrialcraft and buildcraft, I'd suggest making it recycled orbital industries technology.

No problem. I barely play Minecraft without Last Days, so I figured it was time for me to contribute a little.
Thanks to you for giving people a place to post their work, I really like what this thread has turned into.
I'm currently waiting on Balkondeur to link to my retexture and this thread on his mod page, so that should also get Last Days a little more publicity.
As for IC2 and Buildcraft, recycled Orbital Industries tech would work rather well for most things included there. I would want to make it look rather patchy, such as having bits of technology repaired with scrap metal, etc.
The pic you posted looks good but I don't see the point of an 16x16 pack. Rather few people would actually opt for a lower resolution pack unless they are playing minecraft on a wooden pc. Also the more detailed blocks like the geiger wool would be almost inrecognizable.
Well in that case I encourage you to look on skindex or use this page http://www.newground...tal/view/571250 to find something related or create a new one. The newgrounds thing is rather easy to use and offers lots of costumization options like transparency and stuff. Without the text the HIVE guy basically is a bearded man in a dirty grey shirt and dirty brown pants.
Here's a skin I made a while back. It's supposed to be a jumpsuit-wearing woman. Feel free to use it if its gender, strange hair and skin doesn't bother you.
I'm still pretty busy so no ETA on the sandstone glyphs and the animated brewing stand (that one's a pain in the ass anyway).
I am sorry for being snobby/picky, but can it be male? Thanks!

Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I own the server for this AWESOME Texture pack. HECK YAS!
That does sound awesome but in certain cases the files for the mods are not located in the minecraft.jar files (Or at least this is the case when you use a programme like the technic pack) , meaning the only way to change the texture is by overwriting the originals. I tried this myself and it lead to all textures having to be 16x16.
However I don't know how all the files are laid out if you install them manually, so this information may be useless.
Installing manually, it seems that I still need to overwrite the originals. Not too much of a problem, really. I've seen high-res packs for Buildcraft, so it should be possible.
I've just had a look at the textures used by IC2. While there are a large number of them, many are very similar looking. I shouldn't have to improvise very much, so once I've got a baseline to work off of the retextures will go very quickly.
But-I have a problem with bricks. The gray brick visible in the texture pack terrain.png is what I want to see, but in game there is Nether portal and flames animated on the block and it's too much.
Is there a way to replace that texture with a static plain old brick version?

you need to update with MCPatcher or use the Optifine mod.

no, it is perfectly possible, just use faithful with a full mod set as a base. It ALWAYS works
I have quite a bit of free time today, so I should be able to finish updating the customizer.
*EDIT*
I Believe it is completely updated with what is in the current download available here. If someone wants to double check and let me know of any oddities, I would be most grateful.
I tried just dumping the resource folder and it just broke a lot of the sounds, the instructions that come with the sound pack don't work as there is no file to put in minecraft.jar. Please help, really funny seeing robots making chicken sounds lol.

wait, what? did you downlaod the sound pack enabler mod?
Ive had some problems with the pack. I did everything that the installation says but when i pull up MC it doesnt exist in the texturepack folder. Ive even directly installed it to MC using MCPatcher but even then the custom lava and water doesnt work. I like this pack and would love it if someone helped.

One question, are you on windows, and is it 7 or XP?
Thanks!

Curse PremiumDitto. Though my guess is he didn't see the other quote for the reply squares are far too small... So he took it as a bug and doubled it.
Just ask them :]

Curse PremiumHm, well then... Did you put the folder in the texture pack folder or did you put the zip in? for it's supposed to be the zip.
