The new underwater creature could be a mutated sea creature created by HIM. or a extinct animal that was revived by some O.I scientists.
Doesn't really make sense for an organic sea creature to be firing laser beams from it's face.
Unless it was an organic creature with cybernetic implants?

I expect that all of the Water Monument stuffs are going to be based around bio-luminescent fish that O.I. experimented on long ago; and I guess the monuments are the labs that they used to test in, and somehow the fish escaped. The fishes were called BLF-1632 or Lumi Fish as the biologists called it. The bigger fish were called LBLF-1632 or Elder Lumi Fish as the top O.I. biologists called them.

Forget my previous post about something organic. I think that the water boss could be a security drone that is disguised as a sea mine, and the whole facility is devoted to its research.

Just to say, eggs have been broken for me since the 1.6 version of this pack. That said, I think the Last Days RP is pretty awesome, and support your work. I also feel kinda sorry for you, with all the texture work that needs to be done... XP
{Edit} Hey, actually, looking at the design of the new structure, with that core thingy with gold blocks, that kinda needs to be a reactor, just saying.
Too many new textures. We need to state what needs to be done with older textures before considering these new ones.According to [1.7] LAST DAYS - Incomplete There are still 19 more textures needed for 1.6 and 1.7 However that number is not exactly accurate.
I believe that the horse.png was made, it's just that no one placed it in the pack yet. Also I thought that most of the horse textures were already done.

EDIT: Oh, are you talking about the GUI? I didn't see it. I'll look for that. If I find it, I'll add it. If it's on the list of incomplete, it's either because it's not finished or because I have not seen it. I am only maintaining the download page and adding the content as it's handed to me, I don't create any of the textures. So if they're to be added, they need to be brought to my attention.
Horses were altered slightly. They are not complete. The most complete thing about them would be the saddles. Other than that, they're still horses that which drop stoneback hides (which I'm sure isn't friendly to the lore)...

Yeah I made those horses, no they aren't exactly complete, I was waiting on froman to finish the robot version of the horse so I could chop them into overlays (horse markings) to make cyborg horses. But that never really came about. anyways, the horses are done enough to be in the pack. they are just 100% biological for the time being.

So cybernetic horses? Alright, but then what do you do about the leather they drop? Wouldn't it make more sense if they dropped some kind of empty circuit panel? But then, you would have to alter the leather armor textures. Many things to consider.

well since they're only partially robotic, it would still make sense for them to drop leather.
anyone have ideas for the different stone blocks? we could always just go with different metal textures for the HIVES if all else fails
i do like the idea of making the underwater temples some kind of reactor or millitary thingamajig. whatever they end up being, the blocks they're made of should look all gooped up and corroded, after all they've been sitting in all that nasty water for so long

About that water temple, you should check out my suggestion on the previous page

Ah. For clarification, they are in the download, they're just marked as incomplete.

Ik the reason that the separate music pack was created for the music disks because of copyright problems but can the normal sounds such as mobs and stuff be put with the regular pack? I starting my map with this awesome RP but i think its a little to complicated to make people go throught the process of installing the sound pack ++++ the regular RP

Also, I feel I should clarify (further) that when I said "altered slightly", it wasn't a pass at you or a suggestion of a lack of effort, but more of a comparison to the other blocks/items/creatures and their originals. As in, the scope of the changes from the original version to the new is a lot more subtle than the changes of, say, the cow to rockback. That said, I know this was not intended as an end result either. I hope you didn't take that in the wrong way when I said it originally.

The regular sounds are included. When was the last time you downloaded, and which download link are you visiting? Visit this page for the up-to-date links, which have always had the sound effects included as is stated by one of the bulleted list entries. The only thing that's separate is the music.
Do keep in mind that 1.6 and 1.7 changed somewhat, so you need to download the one for the correct version, or else the game won't register the sounds. In 1.7, they changed the "sound" folder to "sounds", breaking any backwards compatibility.

Oh gotcha! I dident know there was another update sorry about that
Thanks
does that mean that i have to update every patch?
because I have my own version of this pack with slight minor adjustments for my custom map and i would love to be able to include all the new textures that come with it
It is a hassle though to transfer my existing textures to the new ones tho
For the future, do you know how i can update without saving my textures, deleting and downloading the new one, then putting mine back in?-~-~~~ Btw

There is a way if you can navigate Git repositories.
If you clone the official Git repo, and then make your changes, then in the future you can just download changed files through Git. I'm a Linux user, so I don't know if any instructions I could give will be helpful, but there's probably someone else on this thread.

I appreciate the help a lot but my computers ability is nowhere near that. I was happy with myself when i figured out how to compress a file lol

Regarding Minecraft 1.6-:
With every new release of the pack, you should update, yes. Unfortunately, If you have made customized changes, you'll also need to re-overwrite with your changes every time you update the original pack. Sadly, for 1.6 and below, this is unavoidable.
Regarding Minecraft 1.7+:
The good news is that with 1.7 and up, you can load multiple packs at once, so just keep your custom changes as a separate resource pack, keeping it at the top of the load order.
