So I was thinking, we should lower our strictness of this pack and the rights to it's textures (make it sort of an "open source pack"). I have seen many mods and custom texture pack that have used our textures as bases (no idea why they would even think for a second that it looks good mixed with default) but to save us the stress and avoid future dramatic incidences (*cough* ICBM *cough cough*) we should just say go ahead we aren't profiting anyways. I'd like to strike up a discussion about this with points such as
"NO"
"NO OPINION"
"IF THEY CREDIT US"
"I GUESS SO"
"YES"
"HOW DID I GET HERE"
"I LIKE COOKIES"
And many others, thank you for your consideration.

Similar to the topic, I was thinking we can establish a sort of round table where all the big contributors can sort of vote on their opinion on the subject. It being open like this makes it almost less bias for those big contributors like yourself. The topic feels sort of touchy to me. I'd like to see frightmare and Froman's opinions.

I'm all for it but seeing thanks last days team or something in their credits would still be nice
I was thinking more of a satellite then solar panels
I have to agree with the satellite deal for now just because we have solar panel blocks already and the stem for the sunflower is too long for a solar panel. So unless sunflowers do something more than point east i'm for satellites.
You don't need a sound pack anymore because of the new 1.6 Resource Pack system
I'm aware of the resource pack changes, but the Last Days pack I downloaded from the link a few pages back does not have a music, sound, or records folder in it, so I don't believe there's going to be any non-default sounds coming out of it.

Oh I see then go a few pages back to find the full download

Are you saying that sound pack was merged into the texture pack at some point and then removed? I'm pretty sure I grabbed the last texture pack download. It's the sound pack link that's no good now though.
So I never snagged a copy of the 1.5.2 texture/sound files. Since 1.6.2 is a lagfest of death every night (and sometimes during the day, if enough cave zombies are staring through solid earth at a village 100 blocks away), I'm still playing with the majority of mod users in the previous version. But now that I want a gritty futuristic world, I don't have LD to support me. Could you put the 1.5 version back up? All OI's horses and all OI's men don't know how to turn a resource pack back into separated 1.5 texture/sound packs again.
Actually, that seems more right, the team may find out one day!
Cheers!
I have an idea one of my friends told me to suggest this:
To make the sound for the chicken to be like the 'Mouse-Droid' from the movie 'StarWars'
Like, when it dies, then it activates a tiny alarm.
I thought thats what the chicken was meant to represent
I tried and nope.
Thanks
It's from this
(Actually on second thought I'll pm it to you it's not exactly allowed in the open air here on the forums I don't think)

Librari is: The Wizard formerly known as Genshou
The '3M' on the egg texture stands for Mobile Munitions Machine. They were made prior to The Event as resupply units for wartime.

I knew the lore I just thought that whoever did the texture was thinking of the mouse droid when he did. But thanks anyways.
