each post was made an hour apart and i did not feel like using editing. Also ill just go search on youtube or something since i dont trust guesswork
Edit-I still can not get it to work... It just stays as 16x16.Can somebody who already made a texture on this tell me how to switch to 32x32 i already searched google and taht was useless as well
What program are you using? If it's GIMP then use the image>change boundary size tool. Then select 200% and then resize layer to image size.

Perfect thank you.Its 32x32 now to start working.I am gonna estimate ill be done in a few days or maybe a bit longer depending on how much motivation i have Edit:oh wow i wish somebody would warn me about the sudden change in quality

Well of course, for you have literally lost half of the quality. I think there may be reference boxes some people make, but I don't have any.

Well i decided to use what i did in 16x16 and then transform it.afterwards ill fix up any graphical errors.Btw i just realized i dont have much inspiration so advice on what to make?im thinking about making the part where you put the ingredients look like 1 of the crafting square then make tubes leading into containers.
Oh woe is me, I wanted to try it out but 1.2.4 is upon us! Can't give a review until McPatcher gets updated.
Also with the 1.2.4 update the new sandstones are implemented and I realized my versions look rather ugly. I have a busy weekend waiting for me but I'm going to rework them, as well as the animated brewing stand.
Has anyone seen Vultron lately? I'm still anxious for the villager skins and jungle trees.
1.2.4..... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Now I must restart my let's play :/
I didnt even bother to update to 1.2.4, none of my mods are updated, so whats the point.
If you like that animation, I was thinking of animating the Martian oil Netherwart texture to make it look the vial is slowly filling up(or quickly seeing how fast minecraft runs through the animation).

mind telling me where is your lets play?
oh and heres what i got on the alchemy gui done so far.I realized that with my editing skill it is going to be difficult.I copied and pasted some parts from the inventory and items texture.Im planning on making the picture of the bottles less detailed since when i tested it i could barely tell if there is a bottle in the alchemy gui.Any opinion so far? im really surprised nobody attempted to texture this since i managed to do this by texturing 1% of the actual gui and copied and pasted the rest.

i was wondering why that didn't look like the rest hope you will finish it
My let's play is HERE, if you were to watch them, well I'd love that. The first ones suck audio wise but after 20 they get better progressively, my microphone is horrible. Also, great work on the alchemy gui. For a suggestion I'd say to add an on/off switch near the side of the upper blank space, also maybe a small container holding a mystery liquid on another end.

i think wood and the sandstone only. Also if you dont know yet my artwork is fairly terrible.Anyways im having problems making the bubbles.Oh and im probaly not going to hadd the on/off switch or a small container and the reason is that i dont have the ability to make those. After i finish the gui you can add it for yourself

Actually i think my idea is too steampunk. i'll tweak it if I must, but other than that, good work.

almost done just doing the most tedious work of all.Its horribly boring since all im doing is making the background.I have to do it 6 pixels at a time so its fairly dull to do on a 32x32 texture pack. How do people stand doing this for every single texture i wonder
ITS FINISHED!!! it just needs a little bit of slight editing.Im a bit weary so you can go ahead and add that yourself if you want.So i think it looks fairly good but im wondering if it was worth it.

if you don't already have one, i would be happy to make a color.properties for you. Also, if you want any specific colors (ie, have the nether fog be gray, or something like that, i will make the most logical colors if you don't provide them), please get their RGB numbers, and run it through a RGB to HEX color converter, and post the 6 digit number it gives you. if you didn't understand that(not saying your stupid, just not a programmer), just get the RGB numbers.

I understood none of that.If im not mistaken RGB is that chart of colors with red blue green etc.No idea what hex is but i assume its also a color chart and the 6 digit number is the id of the color that tells its position in the chart. How close am i?

Yeah, I know color values and such, can't understand em, Just go with your gut. I'd like tan fog for most areas, for jungle biomes, make it grey. Nether being grey/green is good. Not bright green. Make deserts grey fog too. Thanks.

Because the customizer is too restrictive. In the next update, I'm gonna add a whole alternates download.
it looks really nice im gonna use that
