Edit: Some of those textures look very familiar. I see some JohnSmith textures in there. Did you get permission to use the textures in the video? If not then this thread should be deleted.

What do you mean, It's not my vid.. And I would delete thread because I posted wrong texture pack... And I gave him the wrong texture pack to...

The terrain.png that is in the download provided by you in the link has textures from an other pack\s. The title of this thread is " Mix N Match" which obviously hints to having other textures from different creators within the pack. It is illegal to do this without the direct permission from the original creator of the textures being used. Since you said you posted the wrong texture pack and plan on deleting this, then nothing else needs to be said.
I'm not trying to be rude or anything, just pointing you in the right direction. Take care.
