Before releasing 1.6, I'm going to revise the GUIs a bit. I already have the new Creative Mode canopy done, I'm working on the Trading one right now, and then I'll get to the rest after that.
Hey, I was using this pack just now(the most recent one; I literally just downloaded it) and I thought I would bring up an issue that I've had...
First of all, I'm using the 12w21b snapshot. This may or may not complicate things.
And before you say anything, I have edited(for personal use only!) the terrain.png and the gui to include the new blocks/interfaces that haven't been officially textured here yet. So this isn't one of those "omg why is this texture not there *flips table*" complaints.
Well, actually, it kind of is. But I don't think it's that simple. I believe my issue has something to do with the Connected Textures Mod, and the texture pack's support for it.
See, when I load a world, I get something like this when I look at a swamp or a jungle:
The problem seems to be with the vine textures. If you look at my action bar thingy, you can see that the default texture for vines are there, but when it is actually placed in the world, it doesn't look anything like it. I think it involves CTM because the terrain.png has the right image, but when I have CTM(via MCPatcher) enabled, it doesn't show up as anything but a square that I'm assuming was meant for a different texture.
I figured I'd post this here since it may or may not be an issue with the texture pack, but I also don't know whether this is an issue with the patcher's CTM or not(since it is still labeled for use with 12w21a and not 12w21b). I apologize in advance if this is NOT an issue with your texture pack...
On a more positive note, I really like the look this pack has, and I'm considering getting the game Junk Jack because of it. Sorry to bother you, and thanks for your time. (:
I'm afraid I'm going to have to eat my words on that last post... it seems that I've encountered yet another CTM problem. ):
I put in the 'sugar cane' properties alt in the right folder and nothing changed when I used it in-game; further inspection of the CTM files suggests that the sugar cane CTM images aren't there at all. Is it really not there, or am I just missing something?
Sorry to trouble you. I just want the texture pack to be in working order. ^^;
EDIT: Okay, I was just missing something; the image files seem to be there. But it still isn't showing up in-game and I can't figure out why... x_x

I just did it with the file I uploaded, and it worked, so I'm not sure what the problem would be. Try starting with a fresh file, and make sure to zip the contents of the /Junk Jack/ folder.
Maybe it's an issue with the snapshot? The connected textures on the vines aren't working either, but everything else is. Even the random textures for bricks and connected textures on glass are working... but vines and sugar cane aren't. I don't know. Maybe it's a problem with the patcher, and CTM might not be updated for the snapshot or something...
And the day after 1.6 the new snapshot comes out...
I'm not going to update until 1.2.6 officially comes out. They're changing a lot of stuff that sucks to implement, so I'll wait until it's done, instead of constantly trying to keep up.
You mean 1.3 EDIT: Emerald blocks seem to use the chest top texture!?
Yeah, I noticed that last night. Emerald Blocks are included in 1.6, they are just in the wrong spot, because I didn't expect them to take out the old chest tiles.
Why ahs the empty rotten flesh hunger bug never been fixed?(when eating rtten flesh or raw chicken, and getting poisoned by 'em, the empty hunger bars are invisible)
Correct me if I'm wrong but this isn't supposed to happen right? XD
N.. not really
EDIT://
The preview version of Optifine (1.2.5 C1) reverses the order of tiles used for the "vertical" CTM method. This can be fixed manually (until the next proper release of Optifine, when I'll change it in the texture pack) by editing the "terrain73.properties" file, located in "/Junk Jack/ctm/"
Really now...? I think it looks just fine the way it is.
