To start off, this pack is under the Gold Texture Artists' union Seal, meaning that " textures can only be used after written permission is obtained from the creator of the pack. It also indicates that adfly links on remixes are never acceptable, under any circumstances."
As it states up there, using our textures without our written premission is NOT allowed.
1st update. Changed bricks, dirt, and side blocks of all dirt, Changed mycelium color, Diamond block, Gold block, Glowstone, Made redstone ore look better, Textured the axes, Changed flint, and coal items, And finally made diamond item bigger to fit the other items.
2nd Update. Changed bricks yet again, Mycelium color, Smooth stone, Pumpkin, Melon, Furnace, End Stone, Ender Eye Holder Thingy, Gold & Diamond blocks, Oak & Birch leaves, Added some more alternates, added snapshot compatibility. And for the items, Finally got all the tools done, Changed Bone Meal, Bed, Changed ender pearl/eye Color, And finally changed a few paintings.
Now onto the fun stuff!
This pack was made by two people SuperUserPhoenix & (Me) JOESCHIRMJAGER. We are just a couple guys who love making textures and playing the great game of minecraft! This pack is Simple, but has that detail we feel every "smooth" Pack should have. Well, we both really hope you'll like our pack. And on that note. . . ONTO THE PICTURES!!

I really like this. Though, the thing I need to ask, is if you got permission from the owners of the packs to use their textures in your texturepack. But other than that, great job on the texturepack!

Even if they are just a template, you still need permission, because you are using the textures in a download. If he didn't upload the download it would be fine, but since he did, it's like taking the textures, even as a template. As long as he has permission its fine.

Well I didn't mean to make it a problem, just asking if you got permission. Also it should be easy to get the permission because the texturepack makers who made those textures usually say yes to templates.
