hello. my name is jock576 and this is my first attempt at a Minecraft texture-pack. it is still in development but I will be releasing builds as I work on it. the texture-packs name is 'simply smooth-craft' and it is a very simple texture-pack which not only (hopefully) looks god but it also reduces lag due to Minecraft not needing to load so many textures. below is a video showcasing all that is in the texture-pack so far and the download link. please give any feedback. good or bad or any suggestions i want to know if i'm doing a good job or not. so without further ado...

download v.0.1 [1.1] just place it in your texturepacks folder in your .minecraft folder. get here by pressing windowsbutton+r then type %appdata%/.minecraft/

I actually thing it gives the game a nice feel to it and makes it feel cleaner and more defined. that's why I made it. i also made it because simpler textures means less lag. but thats my opinion not yours :smile.gif:
really? sorry I must have been mis-informed. well that's annoying.thats one of the main reason I made it and i swear I can notice a difference on my minecraft while im using the texture pack. are you sure?

i also made it because simpler textures means less lag.but thats my opinion not yours :smile.gif:I beleive so. Yes not only have I read about it I also have a very bad laptop computer and i noticed a great difference whilst using my texture-pack
EDIT= I have now been informed that it makes no difference. I am sorry for mis informing you. but I still think it looks good.
