Maybe some of the peaceful mobs? Also, the creeper would be nice, but hard.
The Creeper's done, I just need to upload it. I'll work on some animals after I've applied some finishing touches to other things.
I was actually asking what mobs I should make into what. For example, alternate zombie skins to make them mummies and ghosts.

So do you have any suggestions? I have Mummy, Ghost, and Robot for the Zombie, Nuckelavee for the Creeper, Vampire for Skeleton, a white cow with black spots, a black cow with white spots, and an Elemental for the Blaze. Any other things you think would work? I want to make it so everything has at least two skins.

Regular pigs and then boars maybe? And wolves could be wolves and dogs.
i think robot should be reserved for the iron golem coming in 1.2 :tongue.gif:
I'm not sure if the jaw and the dangling light-thing would work for the golem. :/
Also, I've decided to make Zombie/Pigman/Player skins of every selectable avatar in Scribblenauts. Are you ready to fight off a horde of DJs?

Just by looking at i it looks like the bomb is is in the wrong space..(top left corner)
oh wow. the bomb is in the right place, but the one in the top left is from when i copied it onto the items.png from a different picture i was editing. apperently it copied twice somehow and i didn't notice. you can just copy the leather helmet image back over that if you want. or i can do it if you're feeling lazy :tongue.gif:
Be prepared for more. Every selectable avatar from Scribblenauts, and Super Scribblenauts. And maybe that other one, if the avatars there are different.

Joeismoe, are you still working on the dragon?
wow you must be a boss at texturing or have a ton of free time. i, on the other hand, am neither :tongue.gif:
i think i'll just stick to doing the items (the easy stuff )
Heh. I have a fair amount of spare time, and I've found texturing to be very enjoyable.
I can't think of any way to make the wolves' angry/tame versions work well. For now, the shading color is tinted red for angry, green for tame, and blue for normal.

it doesn't need to be that different. the default wolf textures barely change. tame wolves get collars and angry wolves get red eyes and i think get tinted slightly darker. and i think in game it won't be a problem anyway since most players probably know what's going on with whatever wolves are nearby :tongue.gif:
tame wolves get collars and angry wolves get red eyes
I tried both, but the collar was hard to see, and the red eyes just didn't look right. I'll try different collar/eye things, and see if I can find anything that works. I do agree that people probably will know the status of wolves nearby, but for the sake of those who are oblivious to such things (people like me), the textures have to be noticeably different.

Curse PremiumBut then again, I was the one who screwed up on the cobblestone and didn't notice it.
I'm thinking of making some alternate skins for some of the monsters, as well as some more animal stuff. Any suggestions?

Added! But here's a reminder for the future. Since this was 16x, I had to resize this to 32x. No big deal, but for next time remember that.

The horse head on the Creeper is supposed to have only one eye.
Are the tame and angry wolf changes too subtle?

I love randomobs. I also need to change the chests a bit.
WHOOPS EDIT:
I uploaded an old version of the wolf. I'll upload the new version in a minute.
