Just go into the blockstates folder and drag into your pack the files ties to grass, sand, stone, nether rack. Open those files and you'll see something like:

"snowy=false": , <- don't forget the comma, remove it as this line'll be the last one

{ "model": "grass_normal", "y": 180 },
{ "model": "grass_normal", "y": 270 } <- see last one no comma

As you can see, the Y rotation bits need to go. Remove all I maded red and you'll be good. repeat for all other blockstates that by default do this that you don't want it to do it to and you'll be good.

Although truth be told your grass and stone look good with the rotation, my own looked horrid. XD
