This Texture Pack is a new, and a better version of Battlecraft.
But it is not Battlecraft anymore.

ModernGameCraft is a easy installed texure pack, with only an easy zip file.
If you want to get the best out of it, you have to use the latest version of McPatcher.

some of the stone or cobblestone.... well, it looks too choppy and dark, the light blue brick is way too bright and lacks shading, I can see a grid in the grass texture as well, your... bookshelf? is... I can't make out hide nor hair of some of these blocks... no download, sorry, I'm a newb and have textures that are all around cleaner than this. I like the Lapis blocks though.

Ok. First I have to say, what you say is stone or cobblestone is mossy cobblestone.
If you try the texturepack, you will see it is light (not dark).
And... The texture of diamond block is very bright I know. I will fix it when 1.2 comes out.
