Damn, I can hear crickets. Any idea for when this will be updated for the snapshots?
The next two weeks I have a lot of schoolwork I need done, and I've barely started the overhaul.
So um.. 2 weeks, plus a few days to actually do the textures.

The inspiration for this particular pack was Repeticraft, and the "Faithful" series of texture packs (which are the default textures resized to a higher resolution, and more detail added in a way supposedly "faithful" to the original).
The inspiration for the original Repeticraft, was me seeing a WIP texture pack that had the dirt and cobble share the same pattern, albeit different colours (to look like dirt and cobble). I then set out to make a texture pack that tiled completely with everything, failed because I am very un-artistic, then made a random 16x pattern and decided to make everything look like that.
This is simply that pattern, but with the space of more pixels I was able to do things like circles!
