Updated the texture pack to 1.2.4

Also added some mirror links so that if you have a problem with one, you can easy just use the other.

its annoying to have to register to download. but considering you have 3 hd super awesome looking texture packs in 1.2.4 that are all on this same site, ill suck it up and register.

There are 2 download links for each resolution.
They go to 2 totally different websites.
You don't need to sign up for either.
I admit the MIRROR download -looks- like you need to sign up but you don't, you just need to click Save to Computer, sticks out a mile right in the middle of the page in your face.
Main download links are 4shared. No need to register. Just click download file....

Avoid dropbox at ALL times.
If it gets too many downloads it just blocks it, it's not supposed to be used as a mass distribution service.
As for mediafire, had far too many problems with them. They redirect my links for no reason.
As for signing up... My bad I'm always logged in at 4shared so I never knew you had to be logged in to download.
Well that sucks.
I'll switch the links around now.

I'm finding this to be a headache.
I used megaupload, then it got shut down.
I used mediafire, then it started blocking adfly so no one could download.
I used dropbox, then it blocked my downloads for a week up to a month because too many people were downloading it.
I used rapishare, then it became super slow.
I used 4shared, now it forces people to sign up/log in to download.

But I thank you for your dedication and that you're enjoying the pack
I'm uploading the packs to mediafire now, see if I can kick it hard enough for it to do what I want.
i think that if you use a goo.gl url shortener or something like that and go adfly to url shortener to mediafire it should work. i know i downloaded something like that one time and it worked.

Apparently adfly works fine with mediafire now anyway but to be on the safe side I made it so that adfly links to url2it then to mediafire, it's seamless and no one will even notice it anyway

Any plans to update for new 1.4.2 patch. Would love to use it and/or continue using Photo Realism but worried I'll run into errors with the new structures etc.
Yes, I am currently working on updating all of my texture packs. Should be out sometime this week.
Playing with the packs should be fine, you'll have no problems actually playing with the pack.
However you might want to resist using Beacons, flower pots, item frames, anvils pumpkin pies. Pretty much all of the new stuff really. As none of them have textures and will either be invisible or have my old profile picture all over it.
Like I said, all packs will be updated within 7 days. Probably only a couple of days if I pull all nighters.
I like the CubicLife cobblestone, though the glass can be fixed with a Minecraft Texturepack Editor program with some knowledge, by replacing that certain area.
Ignore the comment regarding the ores mate. You can't please everyone and I think they're fantastic.
What I do have to say though is while I prefer this texture pack in general, I prefer the glass and window panes from Photo Realism. The problem with the ones in this pack is that you can't really see through them well. If it weren't for that I'd much prefer CubicLife over Photo Realism.

Thankfully it's incredibly easy to change the texture.
Just use Photoshop/PaintshopPro/Paint.NET/GIMP to replace the glass texture for the ones in Photo Realism or any other pack.
I actively suggest to people to always mix and match to make a texture pack that you prefer (Without distributing it to others, obviously)
That way you can have the pack you prefer and know it is unique to you.

You are 100% correct, there are multiple programs that can do this but I find it faster and easier to just use GIMP

the downloads say: 1.4.2. I thought this is 1.4.5
(I know that this is 1.4.5 but the downloads confuse me)
I forgot to change the 2 to a 5. No additions were made to the game, so that means no new textures.
