INTRODUCTION
Welcome! Thanks for coming and checking out the pack. This is (Like most) my first pack, it's taken Months to plan it out, so it's not one of those crappy "DIS MY FURST TEXTURE PACK TOOK A WHOLE 2 MINUETS TO MAEK" No.
ABOUT THE PACK
This pack is based off of Yushatak, a texture pack made to simulate the default textures, while adding a personal flair. This is Yushatak on crack. Most textures re-textured/hand made to glory and default. There's definitely some similarities between the pack and others (Wood-PremiumWood for example) and those are some things I've got to work on. But it's still a WIP, like the title says. So weiners to you if you complain.
WHO THE HELL IS THIS RANDOM LURKER?
I'm a simple kid from Canada. I ride the polar bears to school, I huddle in my igloo when i'm bored, and i spend most of my days using my computer made of ice. Srs bsness up here.
I started texturing around 9 years old, taking pokemon games and replacing/recolouring/changing textures in them to my needs. I still do, but not only with pokemon games. I do it to Terraria, Golden Sun, any game that has it's texture files somwehere on my computer. This led to the Texture pack, and it's holy bootyness and glory.
WHAT'S CHANGED
New rain
New terrain.png
New lighting (CustomColours Mod)
Simplified Default Textures
Special side grass for non-fancy textures (No more random colour poop.)
To install Sylvan,:
WINDOWS
Go to your %appdata%
Go to roaming
Go to your .minecraft folder
And slip it in to the texture packs folder
Then you're done!
I'm not sure how to get texture packs on a mac yet, so hang tight.

EVERYONE WHO ACTUALLY READS ALL THIS CRAP:

i'm also Canadian, but not by nationality, by ancestry. My ancestors were French royalty sent to explore North America.
I also live in Michigan and never wear a coat (even outside in the winter), so should I put this on my texture pack's forum topic? Will it increase its popularity?
More on-topic, I recommend you have a screenshot that shows blocks more up-close, especially the ones that you changed that look the best. It is best to have one with nearly every block in MC so people don't need to download your pack to know if they like it or not.
Also, your youtube link should be to a video showing the texture pack, not the channel.
Other than that, good luck :smile.gif:

And yeah, i'm working on getting more screenshots from different places, because the same theme of houses/terrain/whatnot gets tiring.
Very nice pack, although I wish I could see a better look at the wood from the screenshots alone.
