Well, I thought about doing 64x of Johnsmiths stuff a long time ago.
It wouldn't be all that hard, and I probably could.
I'll give it a go real quick, see how far I get before I cant stand it haha.

Patchwork packs like these are for personal packs. By posting it in public, you are stealing other users' hard work, and redistributing it. Imagine, would you like something like that happening? Obviously not. Don't say you'd be fine with it as long as you got credit, I know that you'd just be trying to disprove me.
As I was saying, these work wonderfully as personal packs, where you like some textures of one pack, and some textures of another, but posting them to be redistributed is often frowned upon by other users, as you call it your texture pack, yet the only work YOU did, was copy and paste.
EDIT: I see lithium allowed your use of Summerfields' textures, but that does not change that this is not your work.

If you really want to make it a higher res make sure you don't just resize. I sure you know that already though. I dropped by again because your title caught my eye. Just thought I would mention that. You seem to have a good sense of aesthetics I would be interested too see you put together your own pack sometime.

She merged two packs together, and clearly stated they weren't her works -- She isn't stealing anything, from anyone, whether she had "permission" or not.

My own pack though? That... my dear freind, would be to great a challange for me. Im still in college, so I actully dont have much time on my hands, unless the school is closed because the whole state has 2feet of snow.
This pack actually is really awesome. Im super faithful to lithiumsound's SummerFields, but the addition of the JohnSmith stuff is excellent.
I dont get why all the hate, sure the first thread that got deleted was a little rough around the edges, but once the dust settled, it seems you're on your way finally. :smile.gif: There are TONS of texture pack remakes / compilations on these forums, I cant tell you how many DOKU ones there are, so I dont get all the hate on this one, and all the people freaking out about it. If you enjoy it, cool, if you dont, oh well. The obvious credits to the original owners of the textures has been given, so all is well.
