Agreed. I'm almost loathe to play without Feathersong, I've used it for so long. I loaded up 1.4.2 with the default textures and almost didn't recognize the game; it looks so flat in comparison.
I'm with others about the update. I've been using this texture pack for so long that regular MC just looks so....plain. I eagerly await the 1.4 update and look forward to playing with it once again <3
The 1.4.2 update is coming along smoothly. But in addition to filling in new textures (and fixing bugs caused by Jeb fiddling with old textures) I've also been redoing some some of the textures I didn't much like. Starting with....sandstone!
Are only new textures added by 1.4.2 going to display incorrectly? I'm planning on playing the Chronotide adventure map with FeatherSong.
I don't think playing chronotide with 1.4.2 will cause any problems. But if it does, the only texture that is drastically affected by the change over is the zombie skin.

Thanks for the quick reply!
All right, I'll test it out and see if I can spot any anomalies.
Pack hasn't updated to 1.4.2 yet, so there's nothing for you to test at the moment.
I meant that I'd see how the 1.3 version looked in Chronotide. It looks fine, but the mobs are all messed up. Don't know if that's on purpose, though, cause the map does a ton of weird things. Regardless, it actually adds to the deranged atmosphere of the map.
Holy Fudgecakes! This is Awesome!
Epic Texture Pack, but, I found one problem. Downloaded it, loaded it up, I tried on some Armour, but both the Item and the actual Texture were Default Textures.
I downloaded it twice to check, and it still doesn't work. Could you check it out?

FeatherSong armor textures don't exist yet, which is why they're not showing up.
I tried googling the split archive error for mediafire but no cigar.

Retired StaffThanks for letting me know.
(It's strange-- a few months ago I would have been jumping up and down with joy. Now....I really don't care. :P)
Transferred the main download to PMC for the moment. I have no idea how to go about rehosting files.

Good work as always.
