Not yet. I haven't done the cocoa pods or ender chests yet.
Was wanting to play around with the snapshot a bit, and realised I cannot play without FeatherSong. Apparently there is no easy way to get different kinds of villagers in 1.2.5, need them for the city I am building. But no rush, still have other things to build.

Nope. Just 16x. Only vector packs (ones that are made using computer algorithms) can easily be changed between resolutions. Because this is not a vector pack, I would have to entirely remake the whole thing, by hand, in order to have a 32x version. Which I'm not going to do. Sorry.

My favorite thing about this pack? The ferns; they're so curly!
I'm pretty fond of the ferns myself, although my personal favorite would have to be the obsidian. Took me 8 different versions and a total of 8 hours to make, but I think it was worth it. ^^ (I use it as flooring all the time, hehe)
I'm very excited to hopefully see more paintings for this pack; the ones FeatherSong has thus far are pretty spiffing. I like them because even close up they're not difficult to tell what exactly they're supposed to depict, unlike some paintings where even far away it's hard to tell and you're left wondering what you're looking at haha.
I think some more nature-y type scenes might be nice; like maybe a large oak tree upon a hill top or something like that. It would be cool to see your rendition of a castle upon a cliff sort of like this:
Or even a beach at sunset where the sky is all hues of purple and pink:
Or something like this:
Just suggestions so feel free to disregard them; I'd be happy just to see more paintings from you because they're just so gosh darn well done. Keep up the great work!
Also, will you be doing extended connected textures support? I think it's pretty cool that you can randomize blocks and stuff as well as connect blocks; the possibilities are rather amazing.

Oo-la-la, those pics. <3 I especially like the castle and the bridge. I think I just might adapt them into paintings. ^^
CTM support is at the bottom of my to-do list. Sorry to disappoint. I really want to get through the items and mobs before I worry about any sort of ad-ons. Besides which, most of the people I see using this pack don't use MC patch like they should. (You know who you are.)

Yay!! about both things; it's just good to know that you're thinking about adding the CTM support. It's perfectly understandable and reasonable that you want to complete the pack before working on extra stuff. Better make sure that everything that is necessary is finished before adding bells and whistles, right?
I'm just excited to see any updates for FeatherSong. Of all the talented texture artists I've seen, I think you're my favorite. There's a certain warmth and whimsy, a touch of elegance and simplicity about your texture packs that I just find so...amazing.
Also more inspiration for paintings in FeatherSong? XD (Sorry there are so many! But I hope that you may find that some of these strike a chord with you and inspire more paintings haha.)

Oh yay, more lovely pictures for me to turn into paintings! Although I wonder if that would be violating some sort of copyright....
Updated! Work has really cut down on my texturing time, so I figured I'd just go ahead and release what I have. No cocoa pods or enderchests yet, but all the other new stuff is there.

wow, those are all great pics. Where did you find them?
The pictures are a small portion of all my wallpapers I've gathered over the years from various websites; I like to look for a mix of environmental concept art from video games and photographs of pretty scenery. I follow a number of people on DeviantArt and use sites like this: http://www.creativeu...-galleries.html or plain just use google search by typing in "[insert video game here] concept art" and hopefully stumble upon something really spiffing.
Oh yay, more lovely pictures for me to turn into paintings! Although I wonder if that would be violating some sort of copyright....
Probably. :3
Many of the pictures I provided are mostly concept art from vidja gaemz/movies (Aion, Guild Wars 2, Tangled, Braid, Legend of Zelda, to name a few). Only a handful of pictures are from people that you could actually contact via DeviantArt to ask for permission to use them (and actually expect to get a reply).
When I uploaded the pictures here I hadn't meant for them to be recommendations for FeatherSong's paintings, hadn't even really contemplated you "converting" them into stylized art for your texture pack. I had merely sought to provide them so that hopefully you'd get ideas of things you'd want to draw and that one or some would have made you say "Hey! This picture makes me think of something really pretty and awesome and it'd make a pretty, dang spiffin' painting for FeatherSong."
Although you probably won't be able to use them without probably getting in trouble, I hope they were helpful. I wonder if giving credit would cover you and allow you to draw them anyways 'cause if that's to be the case, I would be happy to provide the names of the games/movies.
Also, sorry to be a bother, but unshaded jungle log pls whenever you have time; not going to die without it haha.
*quietly drops a tid-bit in the thread and strolls off*

well work equals money right? or at least some form of reward hopefully, so I think we can can cut you some slack. Also, that is a darling painting. I think the paintings are my favorite part of this pack (and Enchanted).

On it. Thanks for the tip.
Thanks! Glad you still like it.
I'll have an update ready for 1.3, not to worry.
Steelfeathers does, however, have 3 32x packs. Check them out.

Aw, it loves you too! So be sure to download the update when it comes out.
To the texture pack, I mean XD
Keep up the incredible work Steelfeathers! This is still my #1 texture pack ever.

Retired StaffExcellent! With BTW support, I am well on my way to world domination through this pack. >:]
Thank you for you assistance, my minion. Looks fabulous, darling.
