Oh, I don't think this is too much like Wayukian, Wayukian is sort of giving the atmosphere of a really old RPG game (look at derivation pack to see what I mean) where as this is a little more like a modern RPG, if it comes to feeling this pack feels more like SMP's Revival to me, although that's different still.
I haven't ever played any RPG's, either old school or new school, so I'll take your word for it. :tongue.gif:
(Well, except for Skyrim, but that has a distinctly viking theme...)
Pros: Lapis Blocks are awesome for flooring.
Cobblestone's texture (except for Volcanoes)
Gold blocks look good for ceiling lighting fixtures or whatever.
Strangely looks fitting with pirate language on.
Cool looking, but non-see through glass.
A lot of other stuff including TNT and I'm taking it intro screen are also awesome. My Beach House (purely sand, sandstone, and cacti on the roof), Sky Fortress (huge quasi-plane shaped fortress in the sky, just below the max height), and my Main Base on Demo World look awesome, possibly even better than they did on Quantum.
Cons: Some items blend into the Inventory background. (slightly annoying)
Stonebrick looks a little too similar to cobblestone. (really minor issue)
Up close, the Cobblestone doesn't look too good for my volcano, but oh well. It is Mt. Crappy Magma (Deux) after all. (really minor issue)
P.S. Hindsight, maybe stone would of been more fitting. It looks a whole lot better in this texture pack anyways.
Are mobs getting textures to? A fair warning. I'm not the biggest fan of most spider reskins and will probably use the vanilla spider skin if I don't like it. (I hate texture packs that change their eyes, as I like their evil looking "faces.")
"I don't plan to add a new dimension at the moment. It's just to performance heavy on servers, and the current dimensions need more attention before we start adding new ones." < Yeah, like biomes or actual varied terrain in the nether. Nether ruins didn't do the trick at all.
The bricks in this pack are probably the least red you'll find anywhere. If I made them 'not so red', they would be brown. Literally.

Note on Mods I was using at the time: Optifine, Custom Colours, Random Mobs, TooManyItems, SinglePlayerCommands, ModLoader, AudioMod, Timber! Mod, the ArmourStand and Shelf mini-Mods by Risugami. Ofcourse I was also using the GLSL add-on Unbelievable Shaders. All at 50 fps. *preens*
[Gloating on Computer disengaged]
Note on note: My computer was making a rather odd sound while all of the above were been used though... :blink.gif:
Nice screenshots! And I'm beyond jealous of your ability to run shader mods-- my computer has to be held together with duct tape and chewing gun just to run a 32x pack. >.<
The volcano looks much better using the stone. I spawned an infini-stack of it to replace the outside and fill the volcano, before simulating another eruption, for the fun of it. This eruption looks a lot better than the first. I need to stop forgetting to post pictures. I wish someone would make a not so laggy volcano mod with mostly stone/ cobblestone (with some obsidian and maybe netherrack) volcanoes. The one volcano mod I found was too laggy and the volcanoes took the biome's blocks even up to the top. The combination of that and how it kept warning me even after I turned the natural spawning off made me get rid of it.

one piece of suggestion. the gold ore looks crystalline! make it a bit more rounded maybe? in between the the points on the X? metals arent crystalline! D: but i love how your diamond is actually just ONE diamond. while in every other pack it is like 5...great job! better than wayukis in my opinion (Sorry wayuki! your textures are still amazing!)

I agree, as much as I love Wayuki's, (and remember this parts a secret) I have never downloaded it, never really had the "OMG MUST HAVE" feeling that your packs give me. (Aw screw it, it's not a secret, Feathers all the way!)

Finally! Someone understands the subliminal aspect of the single diamond. YUS.
Get ready for....the most pathetic item preview ever! Whoo!
EDIT: Okay, I admit it, I haven't really had time to work on items recently. Homework makes good little texture artists into zombies. *groan*
Also, someone just posted a pack that was 'inspired' by my pack. I don't know whether to be flattered or annoyed that they stole my catchphrase. :tongue.gif:

Love the items, especially sense they're 16x. As for the catchphrase, well stalk them from the shadows, if they put your work and phrase to shame, then ATTACK! If not, then you let them live.
I want to get to work on my cinematic as soon as possible but there's a problem... newgrounds(where I get all my music) is currently under maintenance.

Retired StaffEDIT: Repost. I hate when I post something and it ends up the last comment on a page. =P

This monster took 13 hours (with breaks) just for the exterior.
